Delivery & Pickup

After you have placed your order, we will prepare the product(s) to be sent out within 1-3 business days. Delivery will be managed by a courier company and will be subject to their delivery times. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will ensure your order is dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Please note there may be an additional charge depending on the type of service you require.

We reserve the right to contact you to request further shipping fees if the delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges, or to cancel an order prior to dispatch. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to you.

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We reserve the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. You may choose to have a store credit or a refund to the value of the unavailable product.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Changes made to delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges, which we reserve the right to request to add to your original delivery charge.

An authorized person must be present at the delivery address to sign acceptance of the goods.

The delivery charge calculated at checkout is based on delivery address. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges presented to you at the time you make a purchase.

We aim to deliver all products on time but sometimes due to exceptional circumstances, delivery can be delayed that are beyond our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched.

The risk in the products passes to you on commencement of delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, but we will lodge enquires with the courier company and claim against the courier company on your behalf.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers because they’re usually too small to accept most of the items we sell. Most of our goods are delivered by the courier company directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible with standard courier and delivery services. In this case, you may choose to have an item delivered using your own couriers, in which case all insurance for loss or damage to the order caused by the delivery will be your responsibility.

All our packages will be shipped by reputable courier/shipping companies depending on the weight and size of the product and the locations of our warehouses. Packages from our warehouse in Australia will be mainly delivered by Australia Post.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We do provide shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship such as Germany and the Netherlands. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages shipped to you may get charged customs fees when they arrive in your country.

* Delivery times are an estimate only and do not include any time parcels may spend in the destination countries customs service. All international orders require a signature on delivery.

For estimated delivery times to your country, please visit Australia Post International and select your country to view the estimated times on the delivery service. The list of prohibited products is also listed on the website for each country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped which contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Pickup / Click & Collect

Click & Collect allows you to order selected products online and collect them from a Click & Collect location approved by us.
